LastRep has no account, no login, and no analytics. Your training log lives on your iPhone. We do not collect it, see it, or sell it.
Everything you enter — exercises, sets, weights, reps, cardio sessions, favorites, your weekly plan, and coach conversations — is written to a file inside the app's private storage on your device. It is included in your device backups if you back up your iPhone, and it is deleted when you delete the app.
We operate no servers and receive none of this data.
The Coach works out of the box using a coaching engine that runs entirely on your device with no network access.
You may optionally supply your own Anthropic API key in Settings. If you do:
You can remove the key at any time in Settings. Without a key, LastRep makes no network requests at all.
If you tap "Add Week to Calendar" on the Plan tab, LastRep asks for permission to write to your calendar and creates one event per planned training day. It only writes events. It never reads your existing events, and nothing from your calendar leaves your device.
The Community tab is optional. You can read it without providing anything. If you choose to post, we store the nickname you pick, the text of your post, and a random identifier generated on your device. That identifier is not your Apple ID, your name, or your email — it exists so posts can be attributed to a nickname and so we can remove posting access from anyone who abuses the forum.
Posts are public to other people using the app. Do not post anything you would not want other lifters to read. Posts and votes are stored on our servers, not on your device.
You can report a post or block another user from inside the app by long-pressing any post. Reported posts are reviewed and removed if they break the house rules. We may remove any post and disable posting for any device at our discretion.
To have your posts removed, use the in-app report tool or contact us at the address below.
LastRep is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Delete the app from your iPhone. That removes the training log and the stored API key. Calendar events LastRep created remain in your calendar and can be deleted in the Calendar app.
